Refund policy
Khadidhaga (www.khadidhaga.com) Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to exchange items purchased on www.khadidhaga.com within 7 days of receipt in case, there is a manufacturing defect in the products. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size (measurement) or receipt of a defective item, you will need to courier the product back to us.
We request you to use a reliable courier service for the same.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We currently don't have any return & refund policy for the correct item delivered. In case the product is damaged you can reach us via email - care@khadidhaga.com.
REPLACEMENT & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement is accepted, you need to ship the product back to us and the exchanged product will be delivered within the specified timeline and even after the exchange, customer feels that the product is defective then the store credit will be provided for COD order and prepaid orders. No return or replacement is available for the correct delivered orders.
