Express Shipping: Processed within 24 hours and delivered within 2-3 business days.

Once an order is shipped or handed over to our courier partner, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances.

If a customer requests cancellation before the order is shipped, a flat ₹200 will be deducted as processing and restocking charges.

Khadidhaga reserves the right to accept or decline cancellation requests based on the order status at the time of request.

Shipping Timeline

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation, subject to pin-code serviceability. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier partner availability.

Liability for Shortage or Damage

Important: Khadidhaga is not liable for any claims of shortage, damage, or missing items unless supported by a proper unboxing video. Customers must record an unboxing video from the moment the package is received until it is fully opened to be eligible for any claims related to product shortage or damage during transit.

Without a complete unboxing video as evidence, we will not be able to process claims for missing or damaged items. We recommend all customers record their unboxing to protect their purchase.

No Refund Policy

Please note: Khadidhaga does not offer refunds or returns for orders that have been correctly delivered as per the order details. Once an order is successfully delivered to the provided address without any shortage or damage, it is considered final and non-refundable.
